    Pellegrino’s: A neighborhood staple with a great bar and full menu. Don’t miss the garlic knots!

    Estias: A must-do if you like mexican! Eat in the garden, and order an extra dish :)

    Sant Ambroeus: A Milan cafe in the heart of SH Village. Have a spritz in the alleyway, followed by a slice of princess cake.

    Hello Oma: Cute coffee shop/market. Amazing donuts! Great outdoor space.

    Tates Bakery: The cookies are a must! Double chocolate chips & original are our favorites.

    Hampton Coffee: Hazelnut (iced or hot) is our favorite local coffee!

    Golden Pear Cafe: Great corner cafe in the village of SH to enjoy coffee and muffins.

    S&S Corner: Cute coffee, arts, shop in the Springs.

  • Citarella Gourmet Market: Open year round, always a good choice for prepared food & gourmet treats.

    Hen of the Woods Market: Japanese gourmet goods. All the specialty items you need in your pantry.

    Schiavoni's Market: Open year round, great ready-made food

    Wishbone Farms: Delicious to-go meals.

    North Sea Farms: Our favorite little farm where produce is still delicious and affordable!

    King Kullen: Open year round. Good place to buy items in bulk. Stop by before you get to the house.

    L&W Market: Almond’s cute little market for specialty goods and also pre-made meals.

  • Parrish Art Museum: The museum focuses extensively on work by artists from the artist colony of the South Shore and North Shore.

    Shou Sugi Ban Spa: Top Destination Spa Resort in the U.S., by Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure.

    Duck Walk Vineyard: One of the most well known names in quality wine on Long Island, NY.

    Milk Pail Farmer’s Market: The market offers a nice variety of products & excellent baked goods (cider, donuts, pies and pumpkins.)

  • Beach permits are required, but during off season (memorial Day-Labor Day) so there is no staff to lifeguard and/or to check permits. For Towd Point Beach (just down the street from us), we’ve actually never seen anyone check for permits oddly!

    North Sea Beach: At the end of Towd Point, 14 minute walk from the house, can’t beat that!

    Ditch Plains: Favorite place for surfing. Ab

    Flying Point Beach - About 12 min away and an ocean beach. Hampton Coffee is in Watermill and a few minutes from the beach if you need to warm up afterwards.

    Ocean Rd Beach - Located in Bridgehampton, and minutes from all the main restaurants and shops on the main road.

    Long Beach - Bay beach in Noyack/Sag Harbor. About 12 min away, and may be less windy as it’s the bay side. 5 minutes from Sag Harbor.
